Objectives & Framework
AFLA is conceived to serves several purposes.
To begin with, AFLA aims to recognise entrepreneurial leadership excellence in the
furniture trade and industry, regionally and internationally. The award will honour the most outstanding furniture movers and shakers today.
Secondly, AFLA serves as an exercise for entrepreneurs to assess and reflect on their leadership and management. During the course of the programme, AFLA will highlight various critical factors for corporate success.
Thirdly, AFLA hopes to inspire, motivate and create real and effective role models for other furniture entrepreneurs in the region and worldwide. It is hoped that through this programme, enterprising new blood will learn and be encouraged to join the ranks of successful leaders in the business.
We envision AFLA to grow into a major international event in the global furniture
community.
