Call for entry

• Nominations and applications are open to all furniture entrepreneurs in Asia.
• All nominations and applications must be made on official nomination forms.
• All entries must be received by 31 November 2011.
• Submissions and related queries can be sent to: fla@apsmediagroup.com

Nomination/Application and Processing Fee

• The application and processing fee of USD 120 per category is due upon the submission of forms.
• This fee is non-refundable.
• All crossed cheques should be made payable to: "APS Media Group Pte Ltd".
